Here In GVI, we prepare developers, to be fully productive team members, from the very first month.
We have a unique training system. We use PBL (Project-based learning), and Deliberative Pedagogy to prepare new developers to the market.
We advance with methodical order from client-technologies to server-technologies, with every step of the way, we create full projects, to integrate the knowledge. We don’t use a “hello world” project, but rather, ask the students to build something new, something they like. The students have to think for themselves figuring out, based on the knowledge he gained in class and on the web, how to complete the project. Hence, the student learns to develop a product by himself, from start to end.
We emphasize hard work and demand students to prepare themself for the hard work they will meet in the work-force. They work hard during the course and make themselves ready.
During the course, the students also learn to work in teams. We produce team-projects. We use the agile-scrum method and git-control for teamwork.
